This is the 10th time these sides have been drawn together in the FA Cup, with Liverpool progressing five times and Blackburn four times previously.
Blackburn won the last FA Cup meeting 1-0 at Anfield in the fourth round in 2000, with Nathan Blake scoring the only goal.
Liverpool have won the FA Cup on seven occasions - most recently in 2006.

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard could return to face Blackburn in Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final.

Gerrard has missed the last six matches with a hamstring injury but returned to training this week, though manager Brendan Rodgers says that he is not guaranteed to play.

Blackburn striker Josh King, who scored a hat-trick in the fifth-round win over Stoke, has a hamstring injury.

On-loan West Ham defender Doneil Henry is available to play.
