CONMEBOL ratified the sanction to Corinthians of Brazil the Copa Libertadores 2013 without the support of their fans both in the stadium and away, while continuing the investigation into the death of a child in Bolivia involving hooligans of that club.

According to the Court of Appeals of Discipline Unit of CONMEBOL, the company decided "to dismiss the appeal filed by Corinthians against the precautionary measures taken by the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Conmebol in its decision of February 21, confirming the effectiveness and enforceability of the same ".
